In addition to serving as Founder and CEO of FinFit Life, Howard is a Senior Managing Director at NFP Insurance solutions and original shareholder of NFP.  Mr. Sharfman has been a leading presenter for insurance industry conferences such as LIMRA, AALU, CALU, MDRT, Top of the Table and Forum 400. He has served as program planning chair, president and chairman of the Forum 400. He is a board member of Life Happens and Partners Financial, one of the largest insurance producer distribution channels in the industry. He has placed or consulted in the placement of more than $17 billion of life insurance coverage in the last decade.
